The Spiders had a strong fifth inning scoring five runs and took the lead over the Chinooks.

The Duluth Huskies defeated the Eau Claire Express in their first game of the double header series. The Huskies brought it back in the last three innings scoring three runs to capture the win over the Express. Lance Ford (Texas) received one RBI and hit a double for Duluth. The Kokomo Jackrabbits won against the Kenosha Kingfish with a final score of 3-1. Logan Jarvis (Belmont), Chase Hacker (UT-San Antonio), and Evan Albrecht (Purdue) had one RBI each. The Bismarck Larks demolished the Mankato MoonDogs during tonights game with an ending score of 15-3. The Larks had an extremely impressive top of the ninth scoring nine runs to bridge the gap between the MoonDogs to take the win. Josh Elvir (Angelo State) hit one home run and one RBI. Bismarck’s David Mendham (Connors State CC) hit a double and three RBI. The winning pitcher was Eric Hildebrand (Jackson College) who pitched six innings with one run and two hits. Dominic Arias (Chicago State) came in for the save for three innings. Mankato’s losing pitcher was Reece Calvert (Western Kentucky).
Wisconsin Woodchucks 11, Madison Mallards 8
The Wisconsin Woodchucks demolished the Madison Mallards 11-8. Initially, the Mallards held the win until the Woodchucks scored five runs during the top of the seventh and eighth. Brandon Seltzer (Palm Beach Atlantic), Kaeber Rog (FIU), and Angel Tiburcio (FIU) hit one home run each for Wisconsin. Tiburcio also received a whopping five RBI. The winning pitcher was Trey Horton (Georgia State University) pitching four solid innings while giving up two run. Madison’s losing pitcher was Brody Gibson (Oral Roberts).
Thunder Bay Border Cats 5, Waterloo Bucks 11
The Waterloo Bucks defeated the Thunder Bay Border Cats 11-5. The Bucks scored an impressive five runs in the bottom of the fourth to bridge the lead between the Cats. Alex Ronnebaum (Kent State) hit one home run, one double, and two RBI. The winning pitcher of the game was Zach Jones (Spalding) and the losing pitcher was Tyler Hansen (Gateway CC (AZ)).
Lakeshore Chinooks 1, Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5
The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders stole the win against the Lakeshore Chinooks. The Spiders scored all of their five runs in the bottom of the fifth capturing the win over the Chinooks. The final score was 5-1. Tim Elko (Mississippi) and Kellen Sarver (Illinois) had one RBI for Fond du Lac. Cam McMillan (Vanderbilt) hit one triple. Pat Hohlfeld (Jefferson University) came in for the save during the last three innings with zero runs and two hits. Kalamazoo’s Adam Wheaton (Trine University) was the losing pitcher of the game.
La Crosse Loggers 3, Willmar Stingers 1
The La Crosse Loggers snagged the win over the Willmar Stinger with a final score 3-1. The Loggers had a solid top of the fourth scoring all three runs. Adam Christianson (Illinois Central CC) had one RBI and Brett Hawkins (Young Harris) hit one double for the La Crosse Loggers.
