Chinook’s Nathan Aide (Madison College) and Griffin Doersching (Northern Kentucky) both hit home runs. Aide also received two RBI. Madison’s Logan Michaels (Virginia) hit one double and two RBI. The winning pitcher was Ryan Schmit (Butler) who pitched one inning giving up no runs, one hit, and two strike outs. The losing pitcher was Mallards Tanner Bradley (Rend Lake College).
Kokomo Jackrabbits 4, Rockford Rivets 5
Kokomo Jackrabbits were beaten by the Rockford Rivets with a close and nail-bitting score of 5-4. The Rivets had a total of five runs and twelve hits.
