The Green Bay Booyah dominated the Madison Mallards during game #1 with a strong final score of 16-6. The Booyah pulled away from the Mallards scoring nine runs in the top of the fifth inning to bridge the gap away from Madison. The Kenosha Kingfish captured both games against the Rockford Rivets tonight. Kingfish game #1 final score was a close 8-7 and game #2 ending game score was a strong 5-2. The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders and Lakeshore Chinooks split the doubleheader series. The Chinooks had a solid game #2 defeating the Spiders with a final score of 20-4. 

Battle Creek Bombers 8, Kalamazoo Growlers 11 (Game #1) 

The Kalamazoo Growlers dominated the Battle Creek Bombers with an ending game score of 11-8 during the first game of their doubleheader series. The Growlers had a solid bottom of the fourth scoring seven runs to capture the lead over the Bombers. Rudy Maxwell (Duke University) and Jake Topolski (Duke University) both hit home runs for the Growlers along with two RBI each. Battle Creek’s Josh Sears (Freed Hardeman) received one double hit and three RBI during todays game. The winning pitcher was JT Rogoszewski (Central Michigan) who pitched three innings giving up one run and striking out five. Kalamazoo’s DJ Moore (Huntington University) was the saving pitcher while the losing pitcher was Bombers Nick Klee (Northampton Community College). 

Battle Creek Bombers 8, Kalamazoo Growlers 10 (Game #2) 

The Kalamazoo Growlers rallied and defeated the Battle Creek Bombers during game #2. The final score was 10-8. The Growlers scored seven runs during the top of the fifth dominating the Bombers. Kalamazoo’s Hunter Thorn (Purdue Northwest) who hit two RBI during tonights game. Battle Creek’s Anthony Catalano (North Iowa Area CC) had one double along with three RBI. Eamon Horwedel (Ohio University) was the winning pitcher of the game with no runs and four strike outs during his two innings of work. The losing pitcher was Bombers Mitchell Lee (Lamar). 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 7, Wisconsin Woodchucks 3 (Game #1) 

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters beat the Wisconsin Woodchucks during game #1 of their doubleheader series with a final score of 7-3. The Rafters had a total of seven runs and ten hits throughout this afternoons game. Wisconsin Rapids Roman Trujillo (New Mexico State) hit one home run and four RBI. Another great performance was by Woodchucks Byron Murray (Lynn University) who had one home run, one double, and one RBI. The winning pitcher of the game was Zack Hunsicker (UCF) with two runs, three hits, and one strike out during his five innings of work. The saving pitcher was Rafters Hayden Petrovick (UC Riverside) while the losing pitcher was Woodchucks Reed Osborn (Howard Community College). 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 1, Wisconsin Woodchucks 3 (Game #2)

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters won over the Wisconsin Woodchucks splitting todays doubleheader series. The final score was a close 3-1. Rafters Jake Dunham (Northern Illinois) had one RBI. Alejandro Gonzalez (Waldorf University) hit one double for the Woodchucks. The winning pitcher was Jared Pettitte (University of Houston) who gave up one run and five strike outs during his five innings at the mound. Woodchucks Joey Hennessey (Palm Beach Atlantic) was the saving pitcher during the last inning. The losing pitcher was Rafters Gareth Stroh (Nebraska). 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 8, Lakeshore Chinooks 5 (Game #1) 

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders defeated the Lakeshore Chinooks during an extra inning battle with the Spiders coming out on top scoring three runs during the tenth inning. The final score was 8-5. Cole Barr (Indiana) scored one home run along with three RBI for the Chinooks. Fond du Lac’s Charlie Maxwell (Northwestern) hit one triple and three RBI. The winning pitcher was Max Cioffi (Mississippi) who pitched one inning with one run and three strike outs. The losing pitcher was Lakeshore’s Luke Sommerfeld (Clemson). 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 4, Lakeshore Chinooks 20 (Game #2) 

The Lakeshore Chinooks dominated game #2 against the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders with a strong ending game score of 20-4. The Chinooks had a solid fifth inning scoring seven runs to broaden the lead between the Spiders. Ryan Sepede (BYU) scored one home run and one RBI from the Fond du Lac. Lakeshore’s Cole Barr (Indiana) hit another home run along with four RBI. The winning pitcher was Troy Black (Faulkner) who pitched five innings with one runs and while striking out three. The saving pitcher was Josiah Roundtree (Connors State) and the losing pitcher was Spiders Conor Dryer (Central Missouri). 

Rockford Rivets 7, Kenosha Kingfish 8 (Game #1) 

The Kenosha Kingfish rallied during game #1 against the Rockford Rivets with a close ending game score of 8-7. Rockford’s Jake VanderWal (Long Beach State) had two RBI along with one double. Zachary Nogalski (Wisconsin-Milwaukee) hit one triple and one RBI for the Kingfish. The winning pitcher was Jon-Anthony Caban (Missouri- Saint Louis) for Kenosha. Jacob DeLabio (Carthage College) came in for the saving pitch during the last two innings giving up no runs, no hits, and two strike outs. The losing pitcher was Rivets Trevin Eubanks (Valdosta State). 

Rockford Rivets 2, Kenosha Kingfish 5 (Game #2) 

The Kenosha Kingfish defeated the Rockford Rivets during game #2 taking both games of the teams doubleheader series. The final score was 5-2. The Kingfish had a solid seventh inning scoring three runs to capture the win over the Rivets. Kenosha’s Roberto Pena (University of Florida) hit four RBI along with one double. Matt Higgins (Bellarmine) had one triple and two RBI for the Kingfish. The winning pitcher was Caleb Larson (University of Illinois) with two runs and striking out three during his six innings of work. The saving pitcher of the game was Riley Wikel (MSOE) who pitched three innings giving up no runs and one hit. The losing pitcher was Rockford’s Ryan Riddle (Central College). 

Green Bay Booyah 16, Madison Mallards 6 (Game #1) 

The Green Bay Booyah dominated the Madison Mallards in game #1 of todays doubleheader with a strong final score 16-6. The Booyah had an impressive fifth inning scoring nine runs to widen the score between the Mallards. Blaise Maris (Florida Tech) and Nick Kreutzer (Arkansas Pine Bluff) hit one home run each for Green Bay. Madison’s Justice Bigbie (Western Carolina) had one double and two RBI during this afternoon games. The winning pitcher was Nick Riggle (California (PA)) who pitched five innings giving up three runs and eight hits. The losing pitcher was Mallards Deylen Miley (Bellarmine University). 

Green Bay Booyah 5, Madison Mallards 8 (Game #2) 

The Madison Mallards beat the Green Bay Booyah during game #2 with an ending game score of 8-5. The Mallards split the doubleheader series with a strong seventh and eight inning scoring three runs each to capture the win. Jordan Stephens (Miami Ohio) hit three RBI along with one double from the Mallards. Green Bay’s Nick Kreutzer (Arkansas Pine Bluff) had one double and one RBI during tonights battle. The winning pitcher was Leon Davidson (NC AT) while the saving pitcher was Theo Denlinger (Bradley) for Madison. The losing pitcher was Booyah Will Saxton (Florida International) who pitched two innings giving up three runs and striking out one. 

Kokomo Jackrabbits 5 , Traverse City Pit Spitters 10

The Traverse City Pit Spitters won against the Kokomo Jackrabbits tonight with a final score of 10-5. The Pit Spitters had a total of ten runs and thirteen hits throughout the game. Daniel Head (New Mexico State) hit one home run along with three RBI from Traverse City. Kokomo’s Austin Elder (St. Mary (CA)) received one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Chad Patrick (Purdue Northwest) who pitched a solid six innings giving up one run, two hits, and four strike outs.
