Jordan Chappell picked up his second win of the season in the first game of the Bismarck doubleheader against the Mandan Flickertails, helping the Larks to the sweep.

Chappell threw two innings in relief and struck out all six batters he faced. This is the second time this season he has struck out all the batters he faced, and is the most strikeouts he’s recorded in a single outing. For the season, he is 2-0, with two saves. In 10 innings pitched, he has allowed one earned run, giving him an ERA of 0.90, and has struck out 17 batters.
