Tyler Carper (Minnesota-Morris) didn’t have a large margin of error on Monday, but he got the job done to lead the Bombers to a 1-0 win over the Mac Daddies.
Carper threw all five innings for Battle Creek, allowing no runs on three hits with a pair of strikeouts. This was his fifth appearance of the season for the Bombers. In 16 innings pitched, he has allowed four earned runs on 11 hits with seven strikeouts to go along with a 2-1 record.
