Gunnar Wicklund (University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma) from the Minnesota Mud Puppies earned Northwoods League Player of the Night going five for six at the plate with two doubles, a home run and three RBI. Wicklund led the Mud Puppies to their first win of the second half of the season. Wicklund had a total of 17 hits with three home runs and nine RBI on the season.
