Rox and Kingfish

St. Cloud, MN- The St. Cloud Rox and Kenosha Kingfish have postponed their June 14th matchup until tomorrow, June 15th at 5:05 p.m. as the teams were in a 1-1 tie in the bottom of the fourth, before heavy rain forced them to postpone the game until tomorrow. Tomorrow’s regularly scheduled contest between the Rox and Kingfish originally slated for 5:05 p.m. will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game, which will start in the bottom of the fourth inning. The second game tomorrow will be a seven-inning game.

Tomorrow’s games will be billed as “Take Your Dad to the Ballpark Day” as there will be Father’s Day prizes given out to Dad’s all game long. It is also “Coborn’s Kids Day” as kids will have the opportunity to run the bases and get autographs on the field after the game.

The Rox and Kingfish were all tied 1-1 going in to the bottom of the fourth, as each team tallied four hits in the process. Rox starter Josh Taylor and Kingfish hurler Rex Morrow both gave tremendous efforts through the third inning, before the game was delayed due to lightning, and ultimately postponed due to rain.
