The St. Cloud Rox will hold their 2018 home opener presented by Coborn’s on Friday, June 1 at the Rock Pile!
The Rox will take on the Mankato MoonDogs at 7:05 p.m. at Joe Faber Field. The game will feature World Series Champion and former Minnesota Twins pitcher Juan Berenguer, who will throw out the first pitch and will be taking pictures and signing autographs with fans throughout the game. The first 2,000 fans to the game will get a 2018 Rox magnet schedule and the home opener will also include a fireworks extravaganza following the game. The home opener kicks off an eventful weekend full of promotions at the Rock Pile. On Saturday, it will be Baseball Bat Giveaway Night presented by CentraCare Neurosciences Strokes Center, where the first 300 fans will 14 and under will receive a youth baseball bat. On Sunday, it will be Books & Baseball Day presented by Initiative Foundation and United Way, where the first 200 families with a child five and under will receive a book and will ahve the opportunity to read with the players on the field before the game. Sunday’s game is also Coborn’s Kids Day, where kids will have the opportunity to run the bases and get autographs on the field after the game.

The Rox will play their 7th season of Northwoods League Baseball in 2018. The home opener at Joe Faber Field is scheduled for Friday, June 1 at 7:05 p.m. against the Mankato MoonDogs. The home opener, presented by Coborn’s, will feature post-game fireworks. Season tickets and single game tickets for the 2018 season are currently on sale.
