Rox Begin Homestand Tuesday at the Rock Pile

After an off day on Monday, the 2017 Northwoods League Champions St. Cloud Rox will kick off a four-game homestand on Tuesday night at the Rock Pile.

St. Cloud, which has won five straight games at home, will host the Rochester Honkers for a two-game series starting at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday night at Joe Faber Field. That game will be Faith in Action Night, which will include a pre-game youth baseball and softball clinic presented by Fellowship of Christian Athletes, YMCA and Northland Capital Financial Services, LLC. Wednesday’s game, which will start at 7:05 p.m., will be Rox Replica Bus Bank Giveaway presented by Voigt’s Bus, where the first 250 fans 14 years old and under will receive a Rox replica bus bank.

The Rox will continue on at the Rock Pile with a two-game series against the Eau Claire Express on Thursday and Friday night’s. At 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, the game will be Championship Chisel Bobblehead Giveaway presented by Capital One, where the first 400 fans will receive a token that can be redeemed for a championship Chisel bobblehead after the fifth inning. At 7:05 p.m. on Friday, the game will feature Friday Night Fireworks immediately after the game presented by Franklin Graphics and Franklin Outdoor Advertising.

St. Cloud will then hit the road for one game on Saturday, before coming back to St. Cloud for one game against the Willmar Stingers on Sunday. The game, which will start at 4:05 p.m. at Joe Faber Field, is Team Poster Giveaway Night presented by Rengel Printing and Bulldog Photo. The first 1,500 fans will get a 2018 Rox team poster. It will also be a Coborn’s Kids’ Day, where kids will have the opportunity to run the bases and get autographs on the field after the game.
