Waterloo, IA– Waterloo hosted the 2019 All-star game, where three Rox players represented the team.
RJ Martinez (Minot State) faced two batters, striking out one of them and having a fly-ball out for the other.
Garrett Delano (Brown) was in the Home-run Derby before the game and was able to hit two home runs over the 335-foot wall in left field. That was good enough to get him second in the Great Plains team and third overall in the competition. Delano also started for the Great Plains in left field. He later moved over to center field and played the entire game. He recorded a single later on in the game.
Trevor Koenig (St. Cloud State) faced three batters, striking out one of them and forcing a pop-fly to another batter.
The Great Lakes defeated the Great Plains by a score of 5-2.
