SEASON(S) IN REVIEW
The Rox finished the season as the runner-up for the Northwoods League Championship last season, and begin their campaign towards that championship, beginning with the Bismarck Larks.
The Larks finished last season with a 26-41 record, which placed them fourth in the Great Plains West standings.
PLAYERS TO WATCH
ROX- Lefty Outfielder Francesco Barbieri enters his first season with the Rox after being named the NAIA Sun Conference Player of the year in his third season at Ave Maria University. He led the Conference in AVG (.373), SLG% (.817), OBP (.513), OPS (1.330), HRs (16), 3B (5), and BB (42)
LARKS- Left-handed hitting first baseman Brady Krzciok has been on an absolute heater ahead of the summer season. He led the Macom Monarchs to the program’s first conference title since 199. Krzciok led the team in batting AVG (.496), HITS (58), HR (11), 2B (11), SLG(.897), Runs (47), RBI’s (48), and BB’s (35) in just 38 games.
