BULLPEN POWER…

The Rox pitching thus far has been one of ups and downs through the first six games.

On one hand, the Rox bullpen has been very good this season in their work and the offense has proven to be very formidable against good pitching. On the other hand, Rox starting pitching has been lackluster. Rox starters have only gone 12 1/3 in 6 games this season. This means that the Rox bullpen has had to cover 42 and 2/3 innings through six games.

FREE 90’s

Rox pitching has also had an issue with the free pass this season. The Rox have walked 48 batters this year, hit 11 batsmen, and have issued 16 wild pitches as well. The math adds up to 74 free passes through 6 games for Rox pitchers (8.22 Per Game).

LONG BALL PROPENSITY

The Rox have 4 home runs in the first six games of the season hitting a long ball every 54.5 AB’s. The Rox are led by Jackson Hauge who has two long balls, followed by both Tyler Bishop and Carter Hanson who each have one.
