MASHED POTATOES

The Rox offense had a great two game series in Minot over the past two days. The Rox slugging percentage went up a full 2.1% from .378 to.389. The Rox hit four home runs last night against the Hot Tots which is just one shy of the team record for long-balls in a game (August 1st 2013 vs Alexandria). The Rox also picked up three doubles and a triple to add to their SLG.

 PROBABLE STARTERS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

STC- Dallin Harrison will make his second start of the season for St. Cloud tonight. Dallin’s first start of the season went about as good as it could possibly have gone. Harrison threw six no-hit innings and picked up seven strikeouts on his way to the no-decision. Dallin has pitched in four games including his last start and holds a 1.32 ERA with 14 strikeouts to three walks.

BIS- Sam Peterson makes his first start of the season tonight for Bismarck. Peterson played at Tyler Junior College over the spring where he compiled a 12.52 ERA in 23 innings pitched. Over those innings, he struck out 23, walked 37 and 23 total hits; eight of which were for extra bases.
