St. Cloud Rox 2025 Paratransit Program
ST. CLOUD, MN– In partnership with St. Cloud Metro Bus and Morrie’s Auto Group, the Rox Community Foundation will present the Rox Paratransit Program again in 2025.  This program grants the opportunity to win a free Rox game experience to one of ten home games during the 2025 season.

The package includes a round-trip Dial-a-Ride transportation, tickets and dinner for individuals who are eligible for Metro Bus Dial-a-Ride service for Benton, Sherburne or Stearns counties.  Two (2) winners will be selected for each of the ten (10) Rox promotional game nights.  Each winner will be granted to bring two (2) guests to their scheduled home game.

The chosen winners and their guests will be seated atop of “Section A” in the main reserved seating section located behind home plate.  The area is handicap accessible via an elevator located in the lobby of Joe Faber Field. The Rox will provide each winner and their guests with a personal wait staff service, including a ballpark buffet featuring grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and one other meat option.  The service will be made available from one (1) hour before the game until the end of the 7th inning.  A Rox team cap and a game program will be provided to the winners and their guests.

All winners and their guests must be able to safely ride in the Dial-a-Ride vehicle or provide their own transportation.  Once verified, the winners will have a game date assigned to them by the St. Cloud Rox Front Office.  The chosen winners are responsible for scheduling their own pick-up time to and from Joe Faber Field.  Dial-a-Ride can be scheduled up to seven (7) days in advance from the date of each game, but must be scheduled at least one (1) day prior to the game date.  9:30 PM is the latest pick-up time from Joe Faber Field for any Rox promotional game– all passengers should be ready 15-minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up time.  Dial-a-Ride bus operators can only wait one (1) minute if the passengers are not present at their designated pick-up location.

Dial-a-Ride provides door-through-door, operated assisted service for each of the scheduled Paratransit Program dates.  Guests of the winners have the option to ride with the winner for FREE, but must be present at the same location as the winner for pick-up before and after the game.  The guests will also be dropped off at the same location as the winner.
