ST. CLOUD, MN– The Rox announce the addition of four players to the 2025 roster. Brady Ballinger (University of Kansas), Tyson LeBlanc (Louisiana State University – Eunice), Caden Tarango (Louisiana State University – Eunice) and Alex Dupuy (Louisiana State University – Eunice) have joined the roster for the upcoming season.

Ballinger, an All-State first baseman and Third Team All-American during his senior year of high school in Nevada, made an immediate impact in his freshman season at the College of Southern Nevada. He finished with a .433 batting average and 63 RBIs in 2024. In 2023, Perfect Game ranked him as the No. 4 first baseman in Nevada and the No. 51 overall prospect in the state. So far in the 2025 season with the University of Kansas Jayhawks, he is batting a .387 average with 12 home runs and 29 RBIs.

LeBlanc, a current player under Rox Field Manger Nick Studdard at Louisiana State University-Eunice, is no stranger to the Rox organization. Ranked as Louisiana’s No. 14 shortstop coming out of high school by the Perfect Game, LeBlanc posted a .350 batting average in his first year at LSU-Eunice and drove in a total of 67 RBIs during the 2024 season with the Bengals. This year, Leblanc is posting a .411 batting average, nine home runs and 49 RBIs. Last year defensively, he recorded 86 putouts and 132 assists marking his fielding percentage at .960. So far this year, he has recorded 39 putouts and 97 assists, posting a .958 fielding percentage.

Tarango was a three-year varsity athlete at Homestead Senior High School in Roanoke, IN, where he played a key role in his team’s section championships in both baseball and football. Ranked as the No. 11 right-handed pitcher in Indiana, Tarango began his collegiate baseball career at Dayton University in Ohio before transferring to Louisiana State University-Eunice for his sophomore year. So far in the 2025 season, Tarango is posting a 2.98 ERA and 57 strikeouts over 48.1 innings pitched.

Dupuy will join the Rox for the 2025 season and also currently plays at Louisiana State University – Eunice. A versatile utility player, Dupuy can contribute in the outfield, at third base, shortstop and even on the mound. Ranked as the 19th best shortstop in Louisiana coming out of high school, Dupuy posted a .301 batting average and recorded 22 stolen bases last season with the LSU – Eunice Bengals. This year with the Bengals, he is posting a .387 batting average with 39 RBIs. He additionally has contributed 3.2 innings on the mound so far this season, striking out two batters and not allowing a single earned run.
