OFFENSIVE OMNIPOTENCE
The Rox have picked up right where they left off in the power department this year. St. Cloud has already smashed five long-balls since the season began last Monday, led by Austin Haley had two homers on the North Dakota road trip with one in each series vs Minot and Bismarck. Grant Sommers, Jackson Cooke, and Tyler Bishop each added one “big fly” each to cap off a great offensive road trip. Ethan Gibson hit the first long-ball at the RockPile this season on Saturday as St. Cloud thrashed the Badlands Big Sticks 16-0. St. Cloud is 4th in the NWL in total runs scored and. sit second in the league standings with 6 home runs.
PITCHING PROWESS
Rox pitching has gotten off to a scintillating start in 2025. St. Cloud leads the NWL in strikeouts and ERA, while being second in walks allowed, first-pitch strike %, and batting average allowed. Each of the Rox starters in the 6 games thus far have given up three or less runs in every game. Setting up the bullpen for success, and the bullpen has taken full advantage of that situation.
PROBABLE STARTERS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
STC- Wesley Johnson gets the baseball for the Rox on the mound tonight. The Sartell native is making his second start of the season. He started the season opener against Minot where he pitched five scoreless innings while picking up three strikeouts.
