MADISON, WI – The Great Plains, led by the St. Cloud Rox (34-13) coaching staff and five players from the Rox roster, were victorious 3-2 over the Great Lakes in the 2025 Northwoods League All-Star game on Wednesday.

The starting battery for the Great Plains consisted of two Rox, with pitcher Jake Burcham (Tarleton State University) tossing the baseball to catcher Carter Jorissen (Cal State Bakersfield). 

Austin Haley (Kansas State University) started the game at shortstop and would both record a hit and score a run in the ballgame to help the Great Plains.

Pitcher JP Robertson (University of Mississippi) received the second inning on the mound for the Great Plains and tallied a strikeout in his appearance.

Pitcher Brandon Jaenke (Viterbo University) closed out the contest for the Great Plains on the mound, earning the save in the contest.

The Great Plains, with the assistance of some Rox, would finish the contest on top 3-2 over the Great Lakes.
