The Rox Community Foundation, in partnership with St Cloud Metro Bus and Morrie’s Auto Group, presents the Rox Paratransit Program.

Opportunities to win a free Rox game experience to one of ten home games during the 2024 regular season. Package includes round-trip Dial-a-Ride transportation, tickets, and dinner!

Our chosen game winners and companions will be seated in a location on top of Section “A” in the main reserved section that surrounds the home plate area. There is elevator service available from inside the ballpark main front lobby near the women’s restroom that will take guests right to the seating level. The seating area is a few yards to the right of the elevator.

The Rox will provide each winner and companions with personal wait staff service, including a ballpark buffet featuring grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and one other meat selection, salads, potato chips, a dessert item, soft drinks, and bottled water. This complimentary service will be made available from one (1) hour before the game until the end of the 7th inning.

The Rox will provide each winner and companions with a complimentary Rox Team Cap and Game Program.

All winners and companions for the Rox Paratransit Program games must be able to safely ride in the Dial-a-Ride vehicle or provide their own transportation. Winners, once verified, will have a game date assigned to them by the St. Cloud Rox office. The chosen Winners are responsible for scheduling their own pick-up time to go to Joe Faber Field and their departure time from the ballpark back home. All Dial-a-Ride service can be scheduled up to seven (7) days before the date of each game but must be scheduled at least one (1) day in advance.

The latest pick-up from Joe Faber Field for any of the Rox promotional game nights will be at 9:30 PM. All passengers should be ready 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up before the game and departures from the ballpark. Dial-a-Ride Bus Operators can only wait one (1) minute if the passenger(s) are not present at their designated pick-up location.

Dial-a-Ride provides door-through-door, Operator-assisted service for each of the scheduled Rox Paratransit Program dates. Companions have the option to ride with the Winner for FREE on the Dial-a-Ride bus but must be present at the same location as the Winner for pick-up before and after the game. The companion(s) will be dropped off at the same location as the Winner.

The Dial-A-Ride transportation and Rox promotion has no cash value.

• There are no “make good opportunities” should a person not be able to attend their scheduled Rox baseball game date.
• The scheduled pick-up and departure times can be delayed depending on weather or other circumstances. For passengers using a wheelchair, walker, cane, or other equipment, they must be in good working condition.
• All guests taking part in the Rox Paratransit Program will receive a special Lanyard in advance of your confirmed game date that indicates you and guests are part of the Rox game night promotion. The Lanyards will be mailed to the Winner’s home address submitted on the application form.
• The Lanyards must be worn and be visible during the game to the Rox Wait Staff Service and to Metro Bus Dial-a-Ride Bus Operator for pick-up and departures to prevent being charged for the fare.
