Job Description:

The Bismarck Larks are looking for positive, enthusiastic teammates for our 2017 season! Our summer game day positions are exciting roles that interact and engage with our fans on a game basis. The Bismarck Larks pride themselves on our commitment to customer service and our game day staff plays an important role in carrying out that mission.

Each position listed is a role needed during each of the Bismarck Larks' 36 home games. Game day staff begin working one to two hours before each game.

Game-Day Staff

The Bismarck Larks are looking for qualified, customer service oriented, and outgoing individuals to work as ushers, parking attendants, security, Kids Zone, and concessions during our 2017 baseball season. We will be holding open interviews in April of 2017 and all interested candidates are invited to apply. Ushers, Parking Attendants, and Ticket Takers – Ushers, Parking Attendants, and Ticket Takers are the front-line employees during our game day experience. Employees must have a positive attiutude and provide excellent customer service. For certain positions past experience is preferred.

Concessions – Employees hold various roles throughout the ballpark in food and beverage areas. Employees must provide excellent customer service, display an understanding of food and beverage options within a designated area, and follow closely the health and sanitation guidelines set forth by the Larks. Responsibilities vary by area and position as follows:

Grillers – Responsible for ensuring Larks fans receive the freshest food possible in a timely manner.  Grillers will follow specific food preparation and sanitation guidelines designed to create a consistently quality product. Interested candidates should have experience in a kitchen environment, and be able to work in a fast paced, hot environment.  

Runners – Runners serve as liaisons between the Grillers and Cashiers to fill the customer’s order. They’re focus is on efficiently receiving the customer’s order from the cashier and working with the grillers to produce the products that they need to complete the order. Runners are accessible to customers and should be helpful and responsive to their wants, needs, and concerns. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude and work well in group settings. Lastly runners will have a role assisting the concessions managers and grillers to include washing dishes, post game concessions cleanup, and food wrapping.

Cashiers – Cashiers are the face of the Bismarck Larks food and beverage experience. They are expected to greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile.  Cashiers are responsible for managing cash and credit transactions at each of our concessions areas while processing accurate and timely concessions orders. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, outgoing personality and work well in group settings.

Pay:

These are hourly paid positions.
