Kaitlyn Mack is in her first season as the Bismarck Larks Chief eXperience Officer. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn spent five seasons as the Larks Sponsorship Experience Director and on-field host. She was one of the original team members who helped launch the Larks in their inaugural season in 2017.

As the Bismarck Larks Chief eXperience Officer, Kaitlyn’s focus is to ensure every fan, staff and player experience is unique, memorable, happy and above all — FUN — every step of the way. Before joining the Larks flock, Kaitlyn worked as a news reporter and anchor for KX News.

Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Mary with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and is originally from Huntley, MT. In her free time, she loves doing yoga, running, walking her dog and exploring new places with her husband, Dwight.
