The hosts of the Northwoods League All-Star Game and defending NWL Champion Thunder Bay Border Cats will be auctioning off the jersey’s worn in the All-Star game. The jersey’s will start at $75. The auction will be available on-line via e-mail as a volunteer sitting at the table with a computer updating the bids and letting the bidders know if they have been out bid.  The bidding will start at 7:00pm Eastern time and will continue on until the end of the 7th inning. 

Cash or credit, in Canadian dollars, will be accepted and can be paid right at the auction table for those in attendance. Once the game is completed, the jerseys can be picked at the “Family Zone” along the 1st base concession area. The winner of the jersey will receive a receipt and a ticket with the players name and number on it to give to the player to receive their jersey. Payment must be paid upon completion of the auction before the jersey is received.

Those not in attendance may bid by e-mailing bordercats@hotmail.com. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE RECEIVED.  Once the auction is closed, if an online bidder has won, they will be contacted via e-mail and a credit card number must be received before  the jersey is shipped.

The money raised from the Jersey Auction will go to a general fund within the Border Cats organization which is used to distribute team merchandise and game tickets to non-profit, charity organizations in the Thunder Bay Community.
