The Rafters added the first piece to their catching corps today by announcing the signing of junior Jordy Snikeris.
Snikeris will begin his first season with the Louisiana State University Tigers, after spending his first two collegiate seasons with Texarkana Junior College.LSU is ranked No. 15 by Collegiate Baseball and No. 22 by Baseball America in the 2011 preseason polls.
Follow Snikeris with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters this summer and the LSU Tigers this upcoming spring.
