The Northwoods League is well-known for developing collegiate players for prominent careers in baseball. However, players are not the only ones who sometimes move on to bigger things.

Each team in the Northwoods League hires interns every hear to help them run their operations around the ballpark. Some of these interns stick around the league and continue to work for the same team or maybe a different team within the league. But, there are some who earn their way to working in Major League Baseball just like some of the players.
