Friday's pitcher of the night is Corey Fischer of the Green Bay Bullfrogs by way of Madison College. Fischer is a right-hander from Denmark, Wisconsin, and was dominant over seven shutout innings and had pleny of run support in a 14-0 rout of Battle Creek.

Fischer allowed just two hits while striking out ten and allowing just one walk. He recorded his longest start of the season and improved to 2-1 with a 3.73 ERA on the year. He now has 24 strikeouts in 31 1/3 innings over six starts. 

Green Bay swept the nightly awards, with teammate Ryan Howell taking the player of the night award.
