Wednesday's Player of the Night is Wisconsin third basemen Paul DeJong, a sophomore from Illinois State. DeJong carried the Woodchucks to a 6-4 victory over Kalamazoo.
DeJong slugged his NWL leading 14th home run and put up three's across the board- three runs, three hits and three RBIs. The third basemen is competing in the HR Derby at the All Star Game and has racked up 27 extra base hits and 42 RBIs in just 48 games this summer.
