The Eau Claire Express outslugged the Thunder Bay Border Cats with 16 hits for the 11-7 victory on Thursday night. Shortstop Cody Bohanek (UIC) had a big day at the plate for the Express. The junior from Oak Lawn, Illinois hit 2-for-4 with four RBI and two runs scored. Eau Claire improved to 15-8 overall for third place in the North Division.
The Express will play the Border Cats again tomorrow night on the road at 7:05.
