The Kenosha Kingfish received a brilliant performance from their starting pitcher Cole Erickson (Wisconsin-Stevens Point) in a 7-1 victory over the Kalamazoo Growlers on Monday night. Erickson earned the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night award, as he threw seven scoreless innings and allowed three hits and a walk with eight strikeouts.
Kenosha will host Kalamazoo on Tuesday night at 7:05.
