Kenosha Kingfish starter Rigo Beltran (Lynn University) threw the first no-hitter of the Northwoods League season in a 3-0 victory over the Rockford Rivets. The game went just seven innings, as it was Game 2 of the doubleheader. Beltran threw seven innings and allowed no runs on no hits with five walks and 12 strikeouts to earn the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night.
Kenosha will host Rockford on Sunday night at 5:05.
