The Madison Mallards picked up a big victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks 4-3 to remain alive for a share of the first half title in the South Division. Madison received an impressive start from Mitchell Kilkenny (Texas A&M). He finished with a no decision but threw six innings and allowed one run (zero earned) on two hits and no walks with 11 strikeouts to be named the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night.
Madison will play Wisconsin on the road on Tuesday night at 6:35.
