Green Bay Bullfrogs pitcher Stuart Springer (St. Edwards) came one out from a complete game in an 8-2 victory over the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters on Wednesday night on the road. Springer was named the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night, as he threw 8 2/3 innings and allowed two runs on four hits and four walks with seven strikeouts.
