In one of the incredible moments every pitcher hopes to achieve, Thunder Bay Border Cats starting pitcher Shannon Broussard (Cedar Valley) threw a no-hitter in a 7-0 victory over the Duluth Huskies on the road Saturday night. Broussard went a complete nine innings and gave up no runs on no hits and three walks with three strikeouts to be named the Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night.
Thunder Bay will host Duluth on Sunday at 3:05 p.m.
