Ryan Tapani (Creighton) earned tonight's pitcher of the night after guiding the Huskies to a shutout victory over St. Cloud. Tapani retired the first four batters as he allowed a one-out double in the second, but got the next two batters out. He threw seven shutout innings as he only allowed six hits and no walks while striking out seven in his first win of the season.
