Jake Shepski (Notre Dame) earned player of the night after going 3-4 for the MoonDogs in their win over Thunder Bay. He drew a walk in the opening inning, but was left stranded. Shepski drew another walk in the third and then scored on a fielder's choice. He drove in two unearned runs in the sixth from a double and then singled in the eighth and eventually scored on a single. Shepski got one last at bat in the top of the ninth and went deep to drive in two. He ended the night with a home run, two walks, 3 runs and 4 RBI.
