Brett Newberg (Austin Peay) earned pitcher of the night after keeping the MoonDogs in the second game of a doubleheader with St. Cloud. Newburg got into a little bit of trouble after putting two guys on in the second, but got out of it with a ground out. He allowed two hits which one led to a run in the fourth, but the next guy bounced into a double play. Newberg finished his outing with only giving up the one run on eight hits and one walk while striking out two.
