Leo Perez (Texas A&M-CC) earned pitcher of the night after throwing seven strong in the Bullfrogs win over Battle Creek. After giving up a run in the opening inning, Perez retired the next 11 straight batters. His only run came unearned in the sixth while retiring the side in his final two innings. Perez ended his outing only allowing three hits and two walks while striking out five.
