The night started off the Madison Mallards being shut out and shut down by the Lakeshore Chinooks during a close battle. The final score was 2-0. The Kalamazoo Growlers dominated over the Rockford Rivets with a strong ending game score of 6-2. The Growlers had an impressive third inning scoring four runs to continue their lead over the Rivets and take another win home. The Battle Creek Bombers rallied for the win over the Kenosha Kingfish with a close battle 13-12. The Bombers hit the winning home run during the eleventh inning to steal the lead over the Kingfish. 

Rochester Honkers 2, La Crosse Loggers 4

The La Crosse Loggers beat the Rochester Honkers with a ending game score of 4-2. The Loggers came out of the game scoring three runs during the bottom of the third inning. Aaron Simmons (UW-Stevens Point) hit one home run and one RBI for the Honkers. La Crosse JT Schwartz (UCLA) had two RBI during the night. The winning pitcher was Steve Bowley (Shepherd) who gave up two runs, three hits, and three strike outs during his six innings at the mound. Jared Freilich (Penn State) came in for the saving pitch during the last inning and Rochester’s Mike Lopez (Cal State San Marcos) was the losing pitcher. 

Madison Mallards 0, Lakeshore Chinooks 2

The Lakeshore Chinooks shut out the Madison Mallards with a final score of 2-0. The Chinooks had a total of two runs and seven hits throughout the game. Lakeshore’s Daryl Myers (Benedictine College (KS)) hit two RBI. Nicholas Figus (Illinois Wesleyan) had one double for the Mallards. The winning pitcher was Jarod Large (North Iowa Area CC) who pitched a strong six innings giving up no runs, two hits, and four strike outs. Chinooks Brendan McGuigan (Richmond) came in for the save striking out three. The losing pitcher was Trevor Marreel (Washburn University). 

Kalamazoo Growlers 6, Rockford Rivets 2

The Kalamazoo Growlers demolished the Rockford Rivets with a final score of 6-2. The Growlers third inning was very beneficial scoring four runs to lead the game and defeat the Rivets. Rockford’s Matt Higgins (Bellarmine) had one double and one RBI of the night. Gabe Rivera (University of Miami) hit three RBI for Kalamazoo. The winning pitcher was Spencer Juergens (University of Missouri) who pitched all nine innings giving up two runs, eight hits, and six strike outs for the Growlers. The losing pitcher was Rivets Jimmy Burnette (Illinois).  

St. Cloud Rox 1, Waterloo Bucks 9

The Waterloo Bucks crushed the St. Cloud Rox with a strong final score of 9-1. The Bucks had a total of nine runs and seven hits throughout the game. Jordan Barth (Augustana University) and Hance Smith (California-Berkeley) both hit one double each for the Rox. Waterloo’s Dylan Phillips (Kansas State) had four RBI and Blake Wagenseller (Cal Poly). The winning pitcher was Noah Conlon (UC-San Diego) with one run and four strike outs during his five inning of work at the mound. The losing pitcher was St. Cloud’s Blake Flint (St. Cloud State University). 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 4, Wisconsin Woodchucks 2

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders beat the Wisconsin Woodchucks with an ending game score of 4-2. The Spiders had four runs and seven hits total throughout the game. Fond du Lac’s Aaron Anderson (Flagler) and Luke Robinson (Western Carolina) hit one home run and one RBI. Adam Frank (FDU) for the Woodchucks had one home run along with one RBI. Aaron Funk (Arkansas-Little Rock) was the winning pitcher for the Spiders who pitched a solid six innings with two runs and striking out eleven. The saving pitcher was Max Cioffi (Mississippi) and the losing pitcher was Wisconsin’s Beau Nichols (Lincoln Memorial University). 

Eau Claire Express 2, Thunder Bay Border Cats 3

The Thunder Bay Border Cats won over the Eau Claire Express with a final score of 3-2. The Border Cats had a total of three runs and four hits. Brandon Dieter (Stanford) hit one home run and one RBI for the Express. Thunder Bay’s Conor Allard (University of Nevada-Reno) had one double. The winning pitcher was Aaron Kern (Minot State University (ND) for the Cats while Jack Brown (Minnesota-State) was the losing pitcher. 

Kokomo Jackrabbits 3, Traverse City Pit Spitters 4

The Traverse City Pit Spitters defeated the Kokomo Jackrabbits during a close and nail-bitting game. The ending game score was 4-3, the Pit Spitters hit the winning run during the ninth inning to steal the win over the Jackrabbits. Hagan Severance (Belmont) had one double along with one RBI for Kokomo. Traverse Cities Adam Proctor (Michigan State) also had one double and one RBI during tonights game. The winning pitcher was Pit Spitters Luke Little (San Jacinto College) with two no runs or hits during his one inning of work. The losing pitcher was Kollin Stone (Arkansas St.). 

Duluth Huskies 13, Bismarck Larks 8

The Duluth Huskies defeated the Bismarck Larks with a solid final score of 13-8. The Huskies scored six runs during the top of the eighth inning to capture the overall win against the Larks. Alex Tappen (Virginia) had one double along with three RBI for Duluth. Bismarck’s Zack Gregory (Arkansas) and Brody Tanksley (Indiana University-Southeast) both hit one double and two RBI for the night. The winning pitcher was Huskies Erik Kaiser (Vanderbilt) who pitched two innings with three runs and three hits. The losing pitcher was Larks AJ DiFillipo (Columbia). 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 11, Green Bay Booyah 5

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters dominated the Green Bay Booyah with an impressive final score 11-5. The Rafters had a strong top of the second scoring five runs to capture the lead over the Booyah. Davion Downey (Baylor), Frankie Garriola (Hope International), and Jake Dunham (Northern Illinois) hit one home run each for Wisconsin. Garriola also had six RBI added to the Rafters great performance. Green Bay’s Chris Williams (Chipola College) with one double and two RBI during tonights game. The winning pitcher was Matt Osterberg (St. Cloud State) giving up four runs and striking out three during his five innings of work. The losing pitcher was Booyah Tommy Miller (Siena College). 

Kenosha Kingfish 12, Battle Creek Bombers 13

The Battle Creek Bombers rallied for the win over the Kenosha Kingfish with a close final score 13-12. The Bombers came together to capture the win in the bottom of the eleventh inning scoring one run. Battle Creek’s John Malcom (Vanderbilt) hit a total of three RBI. Kenosha’s Jake Cosgrove (University of California-Irvine) had a strong four RBI and hit one triple. The winning pitcher was Beau Bonvillain (Central Oklahoma) who pitched one innings with no runs, no hits, and one strike out. The losing pitcher was Kingfish Jon-Anthony Caban (Missouri-Saint Louis). 

Mankato MoonDogs 2, Willmar Stingers 3

The Willmar Stingers won during a close battle between the Mankato MoonDogs. The ending game score was 3-2. The Stingers had a total of three runs and nine hits throughout the game. Daniel Walsh (Sacramento City) hit two RBI for the Stingers. His teammate Chase Stanke (Minnesota) also had a great performance with one double and one RBI. The winning pitcher was Aldo Fernandez (New Mexico State) gave up two runs and two hits during the last inning of work. The losing pitcher was Mankato’s Fabian Muniz (Angelo State).
