The Rockford Rivets and Kokomo Jackrabbits started off this afternoon with the Jackrabbits beating the Rivets with a final score of 7-5. Kokomo’s Eric Callahan (Millersville) hit one double and two RBI during todays game. The Kalamazoo Growlers dominated the Traverse City Pit Spitters with a final score of 15-4. Emilio Rosas (USC) and Jarrett Smetana (Kent State) both had one home run each for the Growlers.

Battle Creek Bombers 2, Kenosha Kingfish 4

The Kenosha Kingfish beat the Battle Creek Bombers with an ending game score of 4-2. The Kingfish had a total of four runs and seven hits throughout todays game. Caleb Balgaard (Iowa Western) received one home run along with one RBI for the Bombers. Kenosha’s Connor Mang (New Mexico) hit one home run and two RBI. Keith Kutzler (Wisconsin-Whitewater) was the games winning pitcher for the Kingfish giving up no runs, five hits, and two strike outs during his five innings at the mound. Christian Thrasher (Missouri-St. Louis) swooped in for the save while the losing pitcher was Battle Creek’s Walter Talcott (Earlham College). 

Rockford Rivets 5, Kokomo Jackrabbits 7

The Kokomo Jackrabbits defeated the Rockford Rivets with a final score of 7-5. The Jackrabbits started off strong starting the first inning scoring five runs to capture the lead against the Rivets. Kokomo’s Eric Callahan (Millersville) hit one double and two RBI during todays game. Another solid performance was by Jack Kraus (UW-Milwaukee) received three RBI. The winning pitcher was Aaron Husson (Central Michigan) who gave up two runs and ten strike outs during his six innings of work. Jackrabbits Joey Haass (Delaware) came in for the save while the losing pitcher was Rockford’s Colin Kelly (St. Francis (IL)). 

Madison Mallards 4, Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 8

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders crushed the Madison Mallards with a final score of 8-4. The Spiders had a total of eight runs and eight hits throughout this afternoons game. Fond du Lac’s Brad Hudson (Southern Illinois) hit one triple and three RBI. Madison’s Austin Blazevic (Southeast Missouri) and Jordan Stephens (Miami Ohio) both received two RBI throughout the game. The winning pitcher was River Carbone (Arizona Christian University) while Spiders Max Cioffi (Mississippi) came in for the save. The games losing pitcher was Madison’s Chase Gockel (Parkland College). 

St. Cloud Rox 16, Thunder Bay Border Cats 9

The St. Cloud Rox dominated the Thunder Bay Border Cats with an ending game score of 16-9. The Rox demolished the seventh innings scoring six runs to bridge the lead over the Border Cats. Thunder Bay’s Joe Jimenez (Chapman University (CA)) hit one home run, two double, and four RBI. Zack Elliott (Minnesota) had one triple, one double, and five RBI from St. Cloud. The games winning pitcher was JT Barnes (Hardin-Simmons University) who pitched six innings with four run and three strike outs. The losing pitcher was Thunder Bay’s Alex Dafoe (Friends University (KS)). 

Eau Claire Express 11, Waterloo Bucks 7

The Eau Claire Express dominated the Waterloo Bucks with a final score of 11-7. The Express had a solid third inning scoring three runs to begin their lead over the Bucks. Waterloo’s Dylan Phillips (Kansas State) received one double and three RBI during this afternoons game. Eau Claire’s Vincent Martinez (Stanford) hit four RBI. The games winning pitcher was Cody Daniels (Blackhawk CC) who pitched a strong seven innings with four runs and four strike outs. The losing pitcher was Bucks Colin Lacey (Upper Iowa). 

Traverse City Pit Spitters 4, Kalamazoo Growlers 15

The Kalamazoo Growlers defeated the Traverse City Pit Spitters with a solid eighth innings scoring six runs to steal the win over the Pit Spitters. Traverse Cities Michael Slaten (Benedictine College) hit one triple and one RBI during this afternoons game. Emilio Rosas (USC) and Jarrett Smetana (Kent State) both had one home run each for the Growlers. Rosas also received five RBI and Smetana had four RBI. Nate Wargolet (Grand Valley State University) was the games winning pitcher giving up no runs, four hits, and four strike outs during his four inning of work. The Pit Spitters losing pitcher was Sean Hoey (Hope College). 

Rochester Honkers 6, Mankato MoonDogs 10

The Mankato MoonDogs won against the Rochester Honkers with an ending game score of 10-6. The MoonDogs had a total of ten runs and eleven hits throughout this afternoons game. Rochester’s Ryan Wrobleski (Dallas Baptist University), Aaron Simmons (UW-Stevens Point), and Zack Zalesky (Oregon State University) all hit one home run. Mankato’s Cuba Bess (Grand Canyon) and Josh Elvir (Angelo State) each received one home run. The winning pitcher was MoonDogs Eric Newman who pitched six innings with four runs and three strike outs. The losing pitcher was Honkers Casey Nimmo (San Diego Mesa). 

Wisconsin Woodchucks 7, Green Bay Booyah 2

The Wisconsin Woodchucks crushed the Green Bay Booyah with an ending game score of 7-2. The Woodchucks pulled through during the sixth inning scoring five runs to continue their lead over the Booyah. Brandon Seltzer (Palm Beach Atlantic) hit one home run along with one RBI from Wisconsin. The winning pitcher of the night was Bobby Vath (NYIT) who gave up one run and six hits during his seven inning at the mound. Green Bay’s losing pitcher of the night was Chris Jefferson (New Mexico State). 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 7, Lakeshore Chinooks 6

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters won a close battle against the Lakeshore Chinooks with a final score of 7-6. The Rafters rallied during the fourth inning scoring four run to capture the win over the Chinooks. Lakeshore’s Cole Barr (Indiana) had one home run along with one RBI. Rapids Rafters Anthony Galason (Elon University) and Aidan Huggins (Illinois State) hit two doubles and one RBI. The games winning pitcher was Izzy Fuentes (Faulkner) with three runs and four strike outs during his three innings of work. The saving pitcher was Brayden Bonner (Dixie State) while the losing pitcher was Chinooks Bailey Vuylsteke (Miami-Ohio). 

Bismarck Larks 15, La Crosse Loggers 1

The Bismarck Larks dominated the La Crosse Loggers with a solid ending game score of 15-1. The Larks had a total of fifteen runs and fifteen hits throughout tonights game. Brain Leonhardt (San Diego State), AJ DiFillipo (Columbia), and Damon Lux (Duke) all hit one home run for Bismarck. Leonhardt also received four RBI during todays game. The winning pitcher was Drew Hensley (Indiana Univ-Southeast) who pitched six innings with one run and seven strike outs. The games losing pitcher was La Crosse’s Tristan Harvin (Birmingham Southern). 

Duluth Huskies 8, Willmar Stingers 5

The Duluth Huskies beat the Willmar Stingers with an ending game score of 8-5. The Huskies had a total of eight runs and ten hits throughout tonights game. Duluth’s Max Guzman (Tennessee Wesleyan) received one home run along with one RBI. Stingers Brandon Bohning (CSU-Northridge) hit two doubles. The Huskies winning pitcher was Schuyler Hill (Vanguard) who pitched two innings with two runs and four strike outs. The losing pitcher was Willmar’s Luke DeGrammont (Concordia- St. Paul).
