Mandan’s Cole Elvis (California-Berkley) had the big bat on Friday night, as he hit a pair of home runs to help the Flickertails win their fourth straight game, 10-8 over the Bismarck Larks.

Elvis, who played for the La Crosse Loggers in 2019, started things off with a solo home run to right field in the first before jacking a three-run shot over the left field fence as part of a five-run fifth inning for the Flickertails. He now has a .278 batting average, with nine RBI and five doubles on the season. He has now recorded a hit in four consecutive games, and has picked up an RBI in three straight games.
