Tanner Knapp (Kalamazoo Valley Community College) threw three scoreless innings on Saturday, as he lead the Kalamazoo Mac Daddies to a 5-0 win over the Battle Creek Bombers.
Knapp allowed two hits and walked a pair of batters, and also struck out five. In 24.2 innings pitched this season, he is now 4-1, allowing 10 earned runs on 25 hits with 23 strikeouts. He is averaging nearly one strikeout for every inning thrown, and has an ERA of 3.65.
