Adam Wheaton (Trine University) threw eight scoreless innings as the Kalamazoo Growlers shut out the Traverse City Pit Spitters 2-0. Wheaton struck out 10 batters. Don Goodes (University of Northwestern Ohio) doubled twice, scored a run, and collected an RBI for Kalamazoo.

Chris Santiago (St. Mary’s) singled, doubled, and scored a run in the Kokomo Jackrabbits 3-2 victory over the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Dylan Dennis (Loyola Marymount) singled twice, scored a run, and brought in a run. Kevin Kilpatrick (Central Florida Community College) recorded two hits and a run scored for the Woodchucks.
St. Cloud Rox 8 Eau Claire Express 2
Otto Kemp (Point Loma Nazarene University) recorded three hits, two RBI, and scored a run for the St. Cloud Rox in their 8-2 win against the Eau Claire Express. Rox starter Trent Schoeberl (University of Minnesota) threw five shutout innings. Henry George (University of Minnesota-Duluth) and Nick Marinconz (Cal Poly) each collected a hit and an RBI.
Rockford Rivets 10 Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5
Wade Elliott (Grayson College) singled three times and brought in four runs as the Rockford Rivets defeated the Fond du lac Dock Spiders 10-5. Grant Magill (Indiana State University) walked, singled twice, scored twice, and brought in a run. The Spiders collected all five of their runs in the second inning.
Kenosha Kingfish 9 Battle Creek Bombers 5
Kirk Liebert (University of Kentucky) walked, was hit by a pitch, singled, and hit a sacrifice fly in the Kenosha Kingfish’s 9-5 win over the Battle Creek Bombers. Liebert scored twice and brought in two runs. Stephen Krause (Miami University-Ohio) singled twice and brought in two runs for Battle Creek.
Bismarck Larks 10 La Crosse Loggers 1
Every Bismarck Larks player reached base safely at least once in their 10-1 win against the La Crosse Loggers. Ben Teel (University of Montevallo) singled and hit his first home run of the season. Michael Dixon II (University of San Diego) singled, doubled, and brought in the Loggers’ only run in the fifth inning.
Mankato MoonDogs 7 Willmar Stingers 5
Adam Fogel (University of Hawaii) recorded three hits, an RBI, and a run scored in the Mankato MoonDogs 7-5 victory over the Willmar Stingers. Evan Berkey (California State University, Bakersfield) recorded two hits while bringing in a run and scoring once. Carter Howell (Augustana University) doubled and homered for the Stingers.

Jack Kartsonas (Kent State University) threw six scoreless innings as the Lakeshore Chinooks blanked the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 1-0. The Chinooks pitchers combined to strike out 10 batters and only gave up four hits. Dalton Doyle (Eastern Illinois University) scored on a fielder’s choice by Stephen Hrustich (Northwestern University).
Green Bay Booyah 9 Madison Mallards 3
Max Wagner (Clemson University) walked, singled, doubled, and hit a home run as the Green Bay Booyah won 9-3 over the Madison Mallards. Dalton Pearson (Georgia State University) and Johnny Hipsman (University of Richmond) also homered for Green Bay. Alex Iadisernia (Elon University) singled, doubled, and scored one of the Mallards’ runs.
Duluth Huskies 14 Waterloo Bucks 12 — 10 innings
The Duluth Huskies scored three runs in the top of the tenth inning to secure their 14-12 victory against the Waterloo Bucks. Mike Boeve (University of Nebraska-Omaha) walked, collected five hits, scored three runs, and brought in a run. Garrett McGowan (Pittsburgh State) hit for the cycle for the Bucks.
