TJ Fondtain (San Diego State) singled, doubled, and brought in two runs for the Kokomo Jackrabbits in their 5-4 win over the Battle Creek Bombers. Jakob Marsee (Central Michigan University) singled and hit his first home run of the season. Harold Coll (San Jacinto College-North) walked, hit two singles and a triple, scored once, and brought in a run for Battle Creek.
Kalamazoo Growlers 4 Rockford Rivets 2
Dominic Pitelli (University of Miami) singled twice, doubled, scored once, and brought in a run as the Kalamazoo Growlers won 4-2 against the Rockford Rivets. Tanner Knapp (Kalamazoo Valley Community College) allowed one unearned run in six innings. Drew Stengren (Central Michigan University) hit his first home run of the season for the Rivets.
Kenosha Kingfish 5 Traverse City Pit Spitters 4 — 10 innings
Justin Janas (University of Illinois) doubled in the top of the tenth inning to bring Cam Redding (Saint Louis University) in to score the go-ahead run for the Kenosha Kingfish in their eventual 5-4 victory over the Traverse City Pit Spitters. Redding and three other Kingfish players each had two hits. Chris Monroe (University of Illinois at Springfield) and Zeb Roos (Wofford College) each had three hits for Traverse City.
Lakeshore Chinooks 13 Green Bay Booyah 3
Stephen Hrustich (Northwestern University) and Josh Glenn (University of Northern Colorado) both hit two singles, collected two RBI, and scored a run as the Lakeshore Chinooks defeated the Green Bay Booyah 13-3. Three other Chinooks batters also recorded two hits. Every Booyah hitter reached base safely at least once.
La Crosse Loggers 5 Rochester Honkers 3
Kyle Casper (University of Arizona) walked, hit three singles, and brought in a run for the La Crosse Loggers as they defeated the Rochester Honkers 5-3. Aidan Sweatt (University of North Florida) singled, scored once, and brought in two runs. Alex Pimentel (California State University, Long Beach) singled twice and collected an RBI for Rochester.
Waterloo Bucks 10 Willmar Stingers 3
Chris Seng (University of Louisville) and Jalen Smith (University of California, Davis) both recorded three hits in the Waterloo Bucks’ 10-3 victory against the Willmar Stingers. Three Bucks players each had two hits. Daniel Walsh (Western Carolina University) singled twice and collected an RBI for the Stingers.
Madison Mallards 6 Wisconsin Woodchucks 2
Ryan O’Hara (University of Illinois) threw six scoreless innings as the Madison Mallards won 6-2 against the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Drake Baldwin (Missouri State University) singled twice, doubled twice, scored three runs, and collected two RBI. The Woodchucks collected just two hits.
Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 3 Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 1
Andrew Duran (University of New Orleans) singled twice, doubled, scored once, and brought in a run for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters in their 3-1 victory over the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. Ben Schoneman IV (Colorado School of Mines) allowed one run in 6 ⅓ innings pitched. Connor Manthey (Bradley University) walked, singled, and doubled for the Dock Spiders.
St. Cloud Rox 8 Duluth Huskies 3
The St. Cloud Rox scored five runs in the fourth inning en route to an 8-3 win over the Duluth Huskies. Jack Winkler (University of San Francisco) and Bobby Goodloe (Texas Christian University) both singled, doubled, brought in three runs, and scored once. Mike Boeve (University of Nebraska-Omaha) walked, singled twice, and scored a Huskies’ run.
Mankato MoonDogs 11 Bismarck Larks 4
Luke Beckstein (Kansas State University) singled twice and doubled, scored twice, and collected an RBI for the Mankato MoonDogs in their 11-4 win against the Bismarck Larks. Four MoonDogs batters each had two hits. Khalid Collymore (University of Montevallo) hit three singles and brought in a run for Bismarck.
