Your Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night is Noah Rooney (University of Minnesota) from the Rochester Honkers. Rooney earned his first NWL league award and had his first win on the mound as the Honkers defeated the Duluth Huskies 5-0. Rooney threw a scoreless six innings with three strikeouts giving up only three hits. With three weeks into the season, he has pitched a total of 19 innings.
The Rochester Honkers will play against the Waterloo Bucks tomorrow at 6:35pm.
