The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders, Wisconsin Rapids Rafters, Eau Claire Express and St.Cloud Rox won their third games in a row tonight to start off their series. The Willmar Stingers earn their first win of the second half of the season in a 20-1 victory against the Waterloo Bucks. The Stingers generated 18 hits to score 14 runs in the sixth inning to take the win. 

Traverse City Pit Spitters 9, Kokomo Jackrabbits 7

The Traverse City Pit Spitters started the series off with a win against the Kokomo Jackrabbits 9-7. The Pit Spitters scored their first four runs in the second inning with a triple by Trey Truitt III (North Carolina State University) driving in two runs. Truit III reached base three times with a hit, walk and hit by pitch, scoring twice as he reached base. Brennen Dorighi (Wofford College) had two hits on the night with one RBI. Aaron Forrest (Doane University) was the starting pitcher and had the win on the mound throwing four innings with four strikeouts. 

Kalamazoo Growlers 11, Green Bay Rockers 4

The Kalamazoo Growlers win their second game in a row as they defeat the Green Bay Rockers 11-4 for the first game of the series. The Growlers rallied with a home run by Trey Lipsey (Ohio State University) in the top of the second inning making the score 3-2. The Growlers tacked on five more runs in the third inning with two RBI singles by Anthony Stephan (University of Virginia) and Devin Obee (Duke University). Stephan and Obee both had two hits with two stolen bases. Tanner Knapp (Ball State University) earned Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night throwing six innings with 12 strikeouts. 

Willmar Stingers 20, Waterloo Bucks 1

The Willmar Stingers took down the Waterloo Bucks 20-1 to win the first game of the series. The Stingers had an explosive sixth inning scoring 14 runs. Aidan Byrne (Minnesota State University, Mankato) had two hits with a triple and five RBI. Joey Walls (University of Nevada, Las Vegas) had two doubles scoring each time he reached base. Jakob Christian (Point Loma Nazarene University) and Will Busch (North Dakota State University) both had two hits with three RBI. Jack Habeck (St. Cloud State University) started the game throwing five innings allowing only one run to score. The Stingers combined a total of 18 hits for their first victory of the second half of the season. 

St.Cloud Rox 7, Rochester Honkers 5

The St.Cloud Rox defeated the Rochester Honkers 7-5 for their third win in a row. Ethan Mann (New Mexico State University) drove in the first runs of the game with a two run home run in the top of the second inning. Mann had two hits with a double and three RBI. John Nett (St. Cloud State University) and Charlie Condon (University of Georgia) both led the team with four hits. Condon had a double with three RBI. Brice Matthews (University of Nebraska) reached base twice with a double and a walk scoring each time he reached base. The Rox generated 13 hits with no errors on the field. 

Battle Creek Battle Jacks 4, Kenosha Kingfish 1

The Battle Creek Battle Jacks earn their first win of the second half of the season taking down the Kenosha Kingfish 4-1. Aaron Dolney (Eastern Michigan University) led the team with two hits, a walk and one RBI. Robbie Merced (Central Methodist University) and Bobby Nichols (Central Methodist University) both had a double scoring each as they reached second. Garrett Martin (Middle Georgia State University) had the win on the mound throwing seven innings with five strikeouts allowing only one run to score. The Battle Jacks out hit the Kingfish with seven hits. 

Mankato MoonDogs 4, Minnesota Mud Puppies 3

The Mankato MoonDogs earned an at home victory as they defeated the Minnesota Mud Puppies 4-3. Down by one run heading into the bottom of the ninth Angelo Peraza (University of San Diego) drove a single to the shortstop to score Charles McAdoo (San Jose State University) walking off the game. Sean Ross led the MoonDogs with three hits including a home run with two RBI and a stolen base. Donovan Schultz (University of Evansville) started the game throwing 6.2 innings with seven strikeouts giving up two hits and allowing zero runs to score. 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 5, Rockford Rivets 2

For their third win in a row the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters take the win against the Rockford Rivets 5-2. The Rafters rallied back to score four runs in the sixth inning to take the lead. The sixth inning surge was led by Ben Ross (Notre Dame College) with a double to score three runs and an RBI single by Nate Nankil (California State University, Fullerton). Ross had three hits with three RBI and a stolen base. Jacob Igawa (University of Hawaii) contributed to the offense with two doubles scoring each time. Michael Lindsey (Midland College (TX) had the win throwing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts. 

La Crosse Loggers 6, Duluth Huskies 0

The La Crosse Loggers start the series off with a win against the Duluth Huskies 6-0. Garrett Rennie (University of San Diego) had an incredible performance on the mound throwing five scoreless innings with seven strikeouts giving up only one hit. Luke Leto (Louisiana State University) scored the first two runs of the game with a home run in the second inning. Aidan Sweatt (University of North Florida) and Jack Haley (California State University, Fullerton) both had two hits, scoring once as they reached base. The Loggers had a total of 10 hits with zero errors on the field. 

Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5, Lakeshore Chinooks 2

The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders stay hot winning their third game against the Lakeshore Chinooks 5-2. The Spiders rallied back with Nick Mitchell (Western Illinois University) leading the team with three hits and a walk. Jackson Loftin (Oral Roberts University) had a double with three stolen bases on the night scoring three times. Luke Vaks (College of Charleston) came into the game in the second inning to throw the next four scoreless innings with four strikeouts. Vaks had the win on the mound giving up only one hit. 

Wausau Woodchucks 8, Madison Mallards 6

The Wausau Woodchucks start the series off with a win taking down the Madison Mallards 8-6. The Woodchucks struck first scoring four runs in the first inning with a two run triple by Mark Shallenberger (University of Evansville) and a home run by Zack Levenson (University of Miami) driving in two more runs. Shallenberger earned Northwoods League Player of the Night with two hits, a triple and five RBI. Levenson and Ben Abernathy (West Virginia University) both had three hits to contribute to the offense. The Woodchucks had a total of 12 hits with no errors on the field. 

Eau Claire Express 11, Bismarck Larks 4

The Eau Claire Express defeated the Bismarck Larks 11-4 for their third win in a row. The Express scored three runs in the first inning with RBI doubles by Benjamin Rosengard (Rice University) and Sam Kuchinski (University of Montevallo). Rosengard had three RBI on the night. Cadyn Schwabe (North Dakota State University) reached base four times with two hits and two walks. Schwabe had three stolen bases and scored three times he reached base. Charlie Saum (Stanford University) drove in the last run for the express with a home run in the top of the ninth inning. Derek True (California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) had the win on the mound throwing five innings with five strikeouts.
