After Monday night’s game seven teams continued their success to win both games of their series. The St.Cloud Rox are currently the only undefeated team in the second half of the season earning six wins. The Wausau Woodchucks also stay hot winning their fourth game in a row. The Woodchucks have scored a total of 30 runs in their past two games. 

Kokomo Jackrabbits 8, Traverse City Pit Spitters 7

The Kokomo Jackrabbits rallied back to take the series against the Traverse City Pit Spitters 8-7. The Jackrabbits scored five runs in the top of the ninth inning to take the lead. Connor Throneberry (Pennsylvania State University) drove in the first runs of the inning with a single to center field. Alejandro Holguin (University of South Carolina – Upstate) followed it up with a triple to drive in the next two runs. Throneberry had three hits with three RBI and Holguin had two hits with two RBI. Mark Mcnelly (Seton Hall University) contributed with three hits, one RBI and one stolen base. 

St.Cloud Rox 4, Duluth Huskies 2

The St.Cloud Rox swept the series and earned their sixth win in a row against the Duluth Huskies 4-2. The Huskies struck first, scoring two runs in the top of the first inning. Josh Cowden (Brigham Young University) had the only multi-hit game for his team with two hits, one RBI and one stolen base. John Nett (St. Cloud State University) reached base three times with one hit, two walks and one RBI. Brayden Gainey (University of Alabama) earned the win on the mound throwing five innings with four strikeouts. 

Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 17, Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 5

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters earned their third win in a row as they took down the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 17-5. Ben Ross (Notre Dame College) led the team with four hits, one walk and scored each time he reached base. Mickinley Erves (LaGrange College) and Jacob Igawa (University of North Alabama) both had four hits as well with a double and five RBI by Igawa. Josh Howitt (California State University, Fullerton) had the win on the mound throwing five innings with nine strikeouts and allowing only one run to score. The Rafters combined for 20 hits to sweep the series. 

Wausau Woodchucks 7, Kalamazoo Growlers 5

The Wausau Woodchuck took their second series in a row as they defeated the Kalamazoo Growlers 7-5. The Wooducks scored four runs in the first inning on two wild pitches, a walk and a single by Ryan Sepede (Brigham Young University). Sepede had two hits with two RBI. Hunter Dorraugh (San Jose State University) and Drew Stengren (Central Michigan University) both had a double scoring as they reached base. Andrew Armstrong (Florida State University) started the game throwing 5.1 innings with eight strikeouts. Carter Heninger (San Jose State University) was the closing pitcher, throwing the last two innings with four strikeouts. 

Lakeshore Chinooks 12, Madison Mallards 2

The Lakeshore Chinooks bounced back to split the series against the Madison Mallards 12-2. Aidan Longwell (Kent State University) went three for four with a double and four RBI. Josh Johnson (Kent State University) also had three hits with a double, stolen base and two RBI. The Chinooks combined for a total of 14 hits with four doubles with zero errors on the field. Marc Lidd (Creighton University) had the win coming into the game to throw three innings with two strikeouts giving up only one hit. 

Bismarck Larks 10, Eau Claire Express 3

The Bismarck Larks rallied to take game two of the series against the Eau Claire Express 10-3. Bradlee Preap (Radford University) led the Larks with three hits, a double and three RBI. Jackson Beaman (University of Missouri) reached base four times with a double, triple and two walks. Garrett Macias (California State University, San Bernardino) had the only home run of the game in the bottom of the seventh. Macias had two hits with a walk scoring twice as he reached base. Garrett Yawn (Long Island University – Brooklyn) received the win on the mound throwing seven innings with eight strikeouts. 

Green Bay Rockers 9, Rockford Rivets 1

The Green Bay Rockers swept the series as they took down the Rockford Rivets 9-1. The Rockers scored six runs in the fifth inning with three RBI singles by Brendan Ryan (University of Kansas), Tristin Garcia (Western Kentucky) and Jake Berg (Jacksonville University). Garcia had two hits with three RBI. Griffin Shelby (Wagner College) came into the game as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning and had a home run to score two runs. Bryce Crabb (University of Northwestern Saint Paul) earned Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night, throwing six scoreless innings with five strikeouts. 

La Crosse Loggers 10, Rochester Honkers 9

The La Crosse Loggers split the series as they rallied back to walk off the game against the Rochester Honkers 10-9. Down by one run heading to the bottom of the ninth Coby Morales (University of Washington) had a sac fly to tie the game and Connor Walsh (Rice University) drew a walk to bring in the final run of the game. Walsh had three walks on the night. Landon Wallace (West Virginia University) led the team with three hits, a double and three RBI. Jack Haley (California State University, Fullerton) also had three hits with a triple and two RBI scoring twice as he reached base. The Loggers had a total of ten hits to take the win. 

Kenosha Kingfish 11, Battle Creek Battle Jacks 2

The Kenosha Kingfish swept the Battle Creek Battle Jacks defeating them 11-2. Brady Counsell (University of Minnesota) earned Northwoods League Player of the Night with a double in the first inning to drive in two runs. Counsell had three hits with five RBI and two stolen bases. Parker Stinson (Indiana State University) contributed to the offense with four hits, two doubles and two stolen bases. Clark Candiotti (Wichita State University) was the starting pitcher throwing five innings with five strikeouts allowing only one run to score.  

Willmar Stingers 5, Mankato MoonDogs 2

The Willmar Stingers won their fourth game in a row against the Mankato MoonDogs 5-2. Aidan Byrne (Minnesota State University, Mankato) led the team with three hits including a double, walk and one stolen base. Joey Walls (California State University, Long Beach) had two RBI with one hit in the second inning. Logan Samuels (University of Montevallo) started the game earning the win on the mound throwing six innings with four strikeouts allowing two runs to score. The Stingers generated seven hits to win the series tonight.
