Brody Ware (Kent State University) from the Kalamazoo Growlers earned Northwoods League Pitcher of the Night throwing six innings with eight strikeouts allowing zero runs to score. Ware has thrown a total of 13 innings with 14 strikeouts on the season so far. Although the Growlers lost their game today, Ware was a key factory in holding the Rivet’s offense from scoring.
The Kalamazoo Growlers will play against the Rockford Rivets tomorrow at 6:35pm.
