The Willmar Stingers and Waterloo Bucks won four in a row in their series against Minnesota and Thunder Bay this week. The Bucks tallied their ninth win in a row and have the highest win streak so far on the season. The Madison Mallards lead the Great Lakes East division after winning their series against Green Bay Friday evening.

Kenosha 3, Battle Creek 4

The Battle Creek Battle Jacks took game four against the Kenosha Kingfish, defeating them 4-3 Friday evening. The Battle Jacks win the series 3-1 this week.

Jake Allgeyer (Western Illinois) went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run scored. Kyle Ratliff (Southern Illinois – Edwardsville) went 1-for-3 with an RBI double. Coltrane Rubner (Davenport) tallied one hit and one RBI on the night. Dylan Howanitz (West Chester University) earned the win throwing 1 innings and allowed zero hits, zero runs, one walk, and one strikeout.

Kokomo 5, Traverse City 15

The Pit Spitters took game four of their series against Kokomo winning 15-5. The Pit Spitters split the series 2-2.

Aren Gustafson (Master’s University) earned the win throwing 7 innings and allowed three runs, one walk, and four strikeouts. Colin Summerhill (Northern Illinois) went 2-for-3 with a home run, one RBI, and three runs scored. Parker Brosius (Georgia Tech) went 2-for-4 with a double, four RBI, and scored three times. Evan Orzech (Saint Xavier) went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI on the day.

Fond du Lac 6, Wisconsin Rapids 8

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters split the series against Fond du Lac after dropping game one Thursday night.

Jorge De Goti (Indiana) went 3-for-5 with two RBI and one run scored. Chris Conniff (Wagner College) went 3-for-4 with a double, one RBI, and two runs scored. Anthony Galason (Coastal Carolina) went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI, and two runs scored. Johnny Anservitz (Notre Dame) earned the win throwing 2 innings and allowed not hits, runs, and struck out two.

Kalamazoo 4, Rockford 5

The Rockford Rivets win in game four against Kalamazoo and split the series 2-2 this week.

Adam Juran (Western Illinois) went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI. Andrew Delaney (Western Kentucky) went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI, and one run scored. Jack Scheri (Creighton) tallied two hits with one RBI on the night. Nick Demarco (Notre Dame) earned the win throwing 1 inning with zero hits, runs, or walks.

Minnesota 5, Rochester 8

Rochester defeated the Minnesota Mud Puppies 8-5 Friday after dropping game one of the series the previous night. The Honkers split the series after winning 8-5.

Mattie Thomas (San Francisco) went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Carson Stevens (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) went 1-for-3 with a double and two runs scored. Petey Craska (Georgia Tech) blasted a two run home run Friday evening. Sebastian Diaz (Concordia University – Irvine) earned the win throwing 2.2 innings and allowed only one hit, one run, zero walks, and one strikeout. Starting pitcher, Will Lavin (Western Illinois), threw five innings – allowed only two hits, zero runs, four walks, and ten strikeouts.

Madison 11, Green Bay 8

The Madison Mallards got the series sweep against Green Bay Friday evening, defeating them 11-8 in game two.

Jackson Tucker (St. John’s) went 3-for-5 with one double and three runs scored. Noah Sudyka (UC San Diego) went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Mike Gupton (North Carolina St) tallied two hits that were a triple and double — tallying three RBI on the night. Ryan Roehl (St. Cloud St) earned the win throwing 2 innings and allowed one hit, one run, one walk, and three strikeouts.

Thunder Bay 3, Waterloo 8

The Waterloo Bucks went 4-0 in their series against the Thunder Bay Border Cats and won their ninth game in a row doing so. The Bucks defeated the Border Cats 8-3 Friday evening.

Ben Wilmes (Iowa) went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI. Cole Hill (Stephen F. Austin St) tallied two doubles with three RBI and one run scored. Brandon Fish (Massachusetts – Lowell) went 1-for-4 with two RBI and scored twice. Luke Llewellyn (Iowa) earned the win throwing 1.2 innings and allowed zero hits, one run, two walks, and three strikeouts.

Duluth 5, La Crosse 7

The La Crosse Loggers defeated the Huskies 7-5 Friday evening. The Loggers are 9-1 so far this season.

Mic Paul (LSU) went 3-for-5 with one run scored. Danney Neri (Notre Dame) drove in a two run home run for his only hit of the evening. Aidan Sweatt (Liberty) went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run scored. Carter Foss (Brigham Young) earned the win throwing 1 inning and allowed zero runs, zero hits, zero walks, and two strikeouts.

Lakeshore 3, Wausau 4

The Wausau Woodchucks defeated the Lakeshore Chinooks in game two, winning the series 2-0 Friday evening.

Dalton Pearson (Georgia St) went 2-for-4 with one RBI. Jesse Donohoe (Georgia St) tallied two hits with a double and two RBI. Anthony Mcfarland (California – Riverside) went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Richie Lacien (Lawrence) earned the win throwing 1 inning and allowed zero hits, zero runs, one walk, and two strikeouts.

Mankato 0, St. Cloud 1

The St. Cloud Rox split their series against the Mankato MoonDogs after taking game two 1-0.

Brady Prewitt (Colorado St – Pueblo) went 2-for-2 with two doubles and one RBI on the night. Kyle Jackson (Kent St) went 1-for-3 with one RBI. Piercen McElyea (Tarleton St) earned the win throwing 6 innings and allowed two hits, zero runs, two walks, and seven strikeouts.

Minot 3, Willmar 15

The Willmar Stingers defeated the Minot Hot Tots in game four of their series, defeating them 15-5. The Stingers won the entire series going 4-0 against Minot.

Aiden Hansen (Minnesota St -Mankato) earned the win throwing 7 innings and allowed five hits, two runs, zero walks, and four strikeouts. Andrew Sojka (California St – Northridge) went 4-for-6 with a home run, two RBI, and four runs scored. Luke Williams (Alabama) went 3-for-4 with four RBI and one run scored. Drey Dirksen (Augustana) tallied two hits with a double and four RBI. Kevin Fitzer (California St – Northridge) went 3-for-6 with one RBI on the day.

Bismarck 9, Eau Claire 10

The Eau Claire Express took game four of the series after defeating the Bismarck Larks 10-9 Friday evening.

Kaden Galason (Belmont) knocked a three run home run and scored three different times. Bronson Rivera  (Hawaii) went 3-for-5 with a double and one RBI. Dylan O’Connell (Central Arizona College) went 2-for-4 with two RBI. Reed Lattimer (Alabama – Birmingham) went 3-for-6 with one RBI and one run scored. Tanner Sagouspe (Cal Poly) earned the win throwing 4 innings with four hits, three runs, two walks, and five strikeouts.
