The Willmar Stingers, La Crosse Loggers, and St. Cloud Rox punched their tickets to playoffs after their victories Tuesday evening. The Stingers made history for the second straight season after breaking the NWL record with 543 runs scored in a single season. The Madison Mallards won their fifth game in a row and continue to lead to Great Lakes West division with twenty-one wins.

 

 

Traverse City 2, Battle Creek 4

Anthony Aloisio went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Spencer Verburg went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Sebastian Kuhns went 1-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Tyler McKinstry earned the win throwing 7 innings and allowed five hits, two runs, one walk, and four strikeouts.

La Crosse 17, Thunder Bay 1

Rocco Caballero went 5-for-5 with a double, one RBI, and scored three times. Aidan Sweatt went 3-for-6 with a double, two RBI, and scored three times. Danny Neri had five RBI off two hits. Mic Paul went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBI. Dylan Lapic earned the win throwing 1 inning and allowed zero hits, zero runs, two walks, and three strikeouts.

Kalamazoo 5, Kokomo  7

Flip Sarota went 1-for-2 with a two run double. Jason Carrig went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Tyler Ganus went 2-for-3 with one RBI. A.J. Burkhalter earned the win throwing 4 innings and allowed four hits, two runs, three walks, and three strikeouts.

Rockford 0, Kenosha 5

Ivan Dahlberg went 2-for-4 with one run scored. Giovany Lorenzo went 2-for-2 with two walks and scored twice. Julian Jimenez went 1-for-3 with three RBI. Jaxson Easterlin earned the win throwing 6 innings and allowed four hits, zero runs, three walks, and four strikeouts.

Wisconsin Rapids 4, Lakeshore 5

Drew Townsend and Jack Counsell combined for four hits, two RBI, and two runs scored. Will Johannes went 1-for-3 with a two run home run. Michael Carpenter earned the win throwing 5.2 innings and allowed three hits, two runs, four walks, and sevens strikeouts.

Wausau 11, Fond du Lac 4

Jakob Boos went 2-for-4 with one RBI and scored once. Andrew Jimenez went 1-for-3 with one RBI and scored three times. Richie Lacien earned the win throwing 2 innings and allowed zero hits, zero runs, zero walks, and one strikeout.

Madison 8, Green Bay 7

Alex Harrell went 4-for-5 with two doubles, a triple, and a home run — tallying two RBI on the day and scored twice. Noah Sudyka went 2-for-4 with one RBI and run scored. Jackson Tucker went 2-for-5 with two doubles and one RBI. Jack Turner earned the win throwing 3 innings and allowed one hit, zero runs, one walk, and three strikeouts.

Duluth 1, St. Cloud 9

Kevin Butler went 3-for-4 with two double and scored three times. Jose Gonzalez went 2-for-4 with one RBI. Haiden Hunt went 2-for-4 with a double, home run, and two RBI. Tommy Gross earned the win throwing 6.2 innings and allowed only three hits. one run, one walk, and eight strikeouts.

Mankato 19, Bismarck 8

Ty Rumsey wen 3-for-5 with two RBI and scored three times. Eli Anderson went 3-for-6 with a triple and three RBI. Ben Hopper went 2-for-4 with two RBI and scored once. Orlando Sallas Jr. went 3-for-4 with two walks and three runs scored.  Aaron Smith earned the win throwing 2.1 innings and allowed zero hits, zero runs, and zero walks.

Minot 0, Willmar 21

Every batter in Willmars lineup tallied at least one hit on the day. Aidan Byrne went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBI. Dallas Duarte went 3-for-6 with a double and two RBI. Jack Hines tallied two hits with a home run and four RBI. Jake Hjelle went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI. Sean Rimmer drove in three with a home run. Kristofer Hokenson earned the win throwing 3 innings and allowed one hit, zero runs, two walks, and seven strikeouts.
