The St. Cloud Rox make the comeback win to defeat the Willmar Stingers 8-7 and punched their ticket to the Great Plains championship game. The Green Bay Rockers defeated the Madison Mallards in game three, earning their way to the Great Lakes Championship. Traverse City and Kalamazoo will face off in a potential double header Tuesday afternoon. The Pit Spitters lead the series 1-0.

 

Eau Claire 2, La Crosse 6

Matthew Piotrowski went 1-for-3 with a double and scored twice. Brandon Fields went 1-for-3 with a two run home run. Ethan Frey weny 2-for-4 with two RBI. Brendan Moody earned the win throwing 7 innings and allowed four hits, zero runs, three walks, and five strikeouts.

Madison 4, Green Bay 5

Kendal Ewell went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI. Cooper Kelly went 2-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Sam Polk went 3-for-4 on the day. Henry Chabot earned the win throwing 0.1 innings and allowed zero hits, zero runs, and one strikeout. Maddox Long got the start allowing only four hits, two walks, and struck out four batters.

St. Cloud 8, Willmar 7

Jose Gonzalez went 1-for-3 with two walks and two runs scored. Anthony Mata went 2-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored. Oscar Serratos Jr. went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI on the night. Brooke Ey earned the win throwing 2 innings and allowed one hit, zero runs, one walk, and three strikeouts.
