“SHAKE BACK”
The Rox dropped their first game of the season on Sunday night. St. Cloud had one hit until the 9th inning in the contest until they struck for three runs in a comeback attempt in the final frame. Ethan Gibson (Virginia Tech) hit the second triple of the Rox season last night, and the club’s offense hopes that a three-run ninth leads to good things in game two of the series.
PROBABLE STARTERS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
STC- JP Robertson (Ole Miss) gets the start for the Rox tonight. In his first start of the season, he struck out six batters across five scoreless innings against Minot. He threw a strike for the first pitch of a plate appearance 72.2% of the time in his Rox debut.
