THUNDER AND LIGHTNING
St. Cloud has a great power game, sitting second in the NWL in home runs. Austin Haley has two, Jackson Cooke, Tyler Bishop, Tyson LeBlanc, Grant Sommers, Cayden Gaskin, Joshua Dykhoff and Ethan Gibson each have one. St. Cloud also sits third in the league in ISO% which is a stat that measures a hitter’s raw power by showing how often they hit for extra bases (doubles, triples, and home runs) relative to their at-bats. It’s essentially a measure of a player’s ability to hit the ball hard.
The Rox also stole seven bases last night. Tanner Recchio was all over the base paths, stealing third in the ninth, which led to him scoring the winning run on a wild pitch. The Rox sit eighth in the Northwoods league in stolen bases, but are first in the Great Plains West division in that category.
STRIKEOUT SPECIALISTS

JP Robertson had eight K’s on Monday, Marcus Kruzan had seven on Tuesday, Riane Ritter had seven, and then Hunter Day added six yesterday. Rox starters have also only allowed four earned runs over the last 25.2 Innings pitched for an ERA of 1.42 over the last four games.
